We have just started getting Summer Black Truffles (Aestivum/Unicinatum) from one of our 9 year old fields that is already producing Winter Black Truffles (Melansporum).
Extending our harvesting period by many months and increasing our yield and returns!

What a difference, both found a really nice truffle each, in a field that hadn’t started producing so far Sid is one of our Lagotto’s, Wu is a rare breed Chuandong!
