We have always been told that you can only grow one type of Truffle in each separate field! But just to prove everyone wrong! … We have just started getting Summer Black Truffles (Aestivum/Unicinatum) from one of our 9 year old fields that is already producing Winter Black Truffles (Melansporum). Extending our harvesting period by many months and increasing our yield and returns!
