Happy New Year to everyone! Now the holidays are over and its time to get back to work. so we spent a couple of hours this morning working our 2 truffle dogs.Only problem is they are getting too quick at finding them.

As the offer for the month of November went so well, we are changing the Pension Package scheme so you can buy just one tree or more instead of the usual minimum of 10 trees !

Been a really hectic week planting the last of this years Truffle trees! Can have a bit of a rest until spring when we start next years trees.

Another field receiving its second ploughing ready for planting inoculated Truffle trees in the spring!  

Been spending a lot of time & effort, clearing an existing woodland of all but the oak trees. Getting ready to interplant with inoculated trees and introduce Perigord spores to existing trees.
