Another field receiving its second ploughing ready for planting inoculated Truffle trees in the spring!  

Been spending a lot of time & effort, clearing an existing woodland of all but the oak trees. Getting ready to interplant with inoculated trees and introduce Perigord spores to existing trees. 

Another field being ploughed, ready to plant another batch of Truffle trees inoculated with Perigord Truffle spores !  

At last some rain! A break from all that hot weather and needing to water all the young Truffle trees every other day, with our own natural spring water, nothing too good for our babies!  

First of this years trees have finally arrived, all being planted today! Now they will be lovingly cared for by us whilst we wait for them to produce truffles.
