Another field being ploughed, ready to plant another batch of Truffle trees inoculated with Perigord Truffle spores !  

At last some rain! A break from all that hot weather and needing to water all the young Truffle trees every other day, with our own natural spring water, nothing too good for our babies!  

First of this years trees have finally arrived, all being planted today! Now they will be lovingly cared for by us whilst we wait for them to produce truffles. 

Today we power harrowed and rolled this field, to give us a nice level ploughed surface, ready for planting trees.

Lots of hard work today, three of us plus large tractor to remove all the large slabs of limestone, to enable final ploughing before planting trees!
